Morgan J. Deanport never expected to write a book. For years, the goal wasn't becoming an author, it was simply finding a way to live with an anxious mind.
As a teenager, Morgan played table tennis after school. It was just something fun to do with friends, never anything more. Years later, it finally made sense why those fast rallies and the intense focus always left life feeling a little quieter.
About ten years ago, Morgan picked up a tennis racket, hoping it might burn off the anxious energy that nothing else seemed to reach. It helped. Then, around four years ago, pickleball entered the picture, and everything changed. The smaller court, the quicker pace, and the fact that it was easy to find people to play with turned exercise into something much bigger. It became a reason to get out of the house, see familiar faces, meet new people, laugh, compete, and feel connected again.
